These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Landly app, website, and eSIM services. By using Landly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Landly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use Landly.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of the service
Landly provides eSIM data plans and related services through our app and website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
5. Purchases and billing
Prices are shown in the app and at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partners. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our processor) to charge your selected payment method.
6. eSIM activation and use
eSIM plans are valid for the period and territory shown at purchase. Coverage and speeds depend on local network operators and your device. Plans are non-transferable.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Eligibility for refunds is described at checkout and in our help center. Activated or used plans are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Reselling, leasing, or sublicensing the service without authorization
- Using the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the service
- Bypassing usage limits, throttling, or fair-use policies
9. Intellectual property
All content, software, and trademarks associated with Landly are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as permitted by these Terms.
10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified at help@landly-esim.com. Disputes will be resolved as set out in that jurisdiction.
